Cancellation Policy:

Body by Darlene maintains a strict cancellation policy. No shows and appointments not cancelled will be charged in full. If you cannot make an appointment, please call us no later than 24 hours for no-charge, if less than 24 hours a $50 cancelation fee will apply.

With less than 24-hours notice, please call to cancel anyway, so I can fill the slot you and will not be charged for the time. There are other people waiting. It could be you.
