The duration of the session, as well as the type of massage, depends on you. The average full-body basic massage lasts 75 minutes. A half-hour appointment allows time only for a partial massage, such as neck, shoulders or back. For optimal relaxation, a minimum 75-minute bodywork session is recommended.
